A Russian-speaking family who moved to Cyprus purchased a spacious home with a breathtaking view of Limassol. The only unfortunate limitation was that the children’s room was previously the guest room. The interior was simple, and the bathroom featured dark gray porcelain tiles, which didn’t match the dreams of the girl and her parents.

They wanted a desk by the window, but placing it there would eliminate storage space. The first thing we did was correct the room’s awkward geometry by adding built-in wardrobes for clothes, books, and toys. Storage increased, and the room was divided into two functional zones: sleeping and working.
A Home for a Little Princess

We concealed the bathroom door by integrating it into a wall panel - now it blends seamlessly with the interior. Behind this door lies a true surprise: a bathroom in pink onyx. Soft lighting transforms it into a magical space - like something out of Narnia, but just for the little lady.

Only boldly minded adults would dare such an unusual project in Cyprus, and the idea succeeded! When my daughter saw the design, she asked, somewhat offended, why it wasn’t her room. Looks like we’ll need to come up with something new.
